Bkbaji Terms and Conditions

Bkbaji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Service") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and bkbaji.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are using this service in compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You have read and understood these complete terms and conditions.
• You are participating in betting activities of your own free will and with full awareness.

These terms and conditions are provided in Bengali, but in the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

To register and use bkbaji's services, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. Accounts cannot be created or used if these requirements are not fulfilled.

• Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 18 or above are eligible to open an account.
• One Account Only: Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Identity Verification: bkbaji may request identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Your password must not be shared with anyone.

After registering, email or mobile number verification is mandatory. Withdrawals will not be available on unverified accounts.

All financial transactions on bkbaji are governed by the rules set out in this section. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if an active bonus is in place until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bkbaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

All betting activity on bkbaji is governed by the rules below. It's important to familiarize yourself with these rules before placing any bet.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless an error has occurred on bkbaji's end.
• Odds Changes: The odds at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.
• Maximum Bet Limit: A maximum bet limit is set for each event and may vary depending on the event.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: In live betting, some bets may be voided due to internet latency.
• Accumulator Bets: If any single selection loses, the entire accumulator bet will be lost.

Odds on bkbaji are set through a fully fair process based on data from third-party odds providers. Should a technical error be detected in any odds, bkbaji reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Bkbaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined in the relevant offer details. General bonus terms are listed below.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus must be used within a specified period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Single Bonus: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, on their first deposit.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus system abuse is detected, the account will be closed.
• Maximum Bonus Winnings: Some bonuses may have a cap on the maximum amount you can win.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkbaji. Violating these rules may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Placing bets or managing an account using a third party's funds.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Placing bets on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

Bkbaji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• For violation of our terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

To close your account yourself: Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, all pending bets should be settled and any remaining balance should be withdrawn.

• Betting losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.

• Financial losses resulting from betting.

Bkbaji is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, technical issues cannot be entirely ruled out. Every effort is made to resolve such issues promptly.

Bkbaji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified in advance by email or SMS of any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Members have the right to close their account if they do not agree to the updated terms.
